Does Alexa work with all four controls?
Yes — all four controls support Amazon Alexa when the optional SteamLinx module is installed. The iSteamX also has its own built-in app that does not require SteamLinx for remote control.
Can I mount the control outside the steam shower?
Yes — all four controls can be mounted inside or outside the shower. If mounted outside, you will need the optional Temperature Probe MSTS so the control can accurately read the temperature inside the enclosure.
Which controls support AromaSteam and ChromaTherapy?
AromaSteam system control is supported by the iSteamX and TempoFlex. The iTempo and TempoTouch do not control the AromaSteam pump system, though all controls come with a steamhead that includes an oil well for manual aromatherapy use. ChromaTherapy is supported by the iSteamX (full color wheel, 78,000 possibilities) and TempoFlex (8 preset colors). The TempoTouch does not support either therapy system directly.
What is SteamLinx and do I need it?
SteamLinx is an optional wireless module that adds mobile app control and Amazon Alexa voice control to any Mr. Steam control.
